thursday's endurance run was INSANE, MADNESS, CRAZY,RIDICULOUS,TORTURING,HORRENDOUS,CHALLENGING andd.. the list goes on.

well, i ran fer bt 20 rds on lane 8 of the track (which is the last fyi) and we had to run continuously, not allowed to even stop to tie shoe laces or wadsoeva. and it was really a feat, considering i havent really ran for ages. so when it was finally over ( which is 1.5 hrs ltr) i was sooooooo extremely relieved. ONLY TO BE TOLD, there's another rd of it ON MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i nearly crawled home yst. even till today my legs r seriously suffeing from bad aches nd i cant go down the stairs without help.and today while i was TRYING to climb down the stairs, baby actually carried me down upon seeing how hard i was struggling. LOL. how embarrassing larrrr. but e bf's got nice muscles on he's strong arms. HAHA. SEXAYEEE. :D
digressing,NLB closed today. so we had to have a sudden chg of plans and tt ws tooooo study at nearby macs. Which ltr got flooded due to e heavy rain. TSKK. damn funny seeing water surrounding u and flowing at ur feet while studying. so i shld say its quite an experience. :)
